What is the returns policy?

If something is not quite right you have got 30 days from the  delivery date to send back your items for a full refund. Asecity asks that items are in an unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags attached.

Returns Process

Customers are responsible for their own shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
